Christel Hoy has been the Director of Sales & Marketing at Harmony Senior Services since April 2014. Prior to that, Christel held the position of Director of Marketing at Province Place of Maryview from April 2001 to April 2014. Christel Hoy earned an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities from Tidewater Community College in Suffolk, VA, between 1983 and 1985.
