Mithun Hore has extensive work experience in various roles related to data engineering and business intelligence. Mithun is currently working as Senior Data Engineer at Quantium since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Deloitte Australia as Specialist Lead from August 2019 to July 2021. Before that, they worked at NeoData Australia as a Senior BI Consultant from January 2017 to August 2019 and as a BI Consultant from January 2016 to December 2016. Their experience also includes working at Accenture as a Team Lead from January 2014 to November 2015, and at GPIT Ltd as a Solution Specialist from April 2010 to December 2013. Mithun started their career at Grameenphone Ltd as Deputy Manager from July 2006 to March 2010.

Mithun Hore obtained a Bachelor of Technology [B. Tech] degree in Computer Science & Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata. Mithun received this degree from 2002 to 2005.

In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have also obtained several certifications. In July 2005, they became an Oracle Certified Associate: Oracle 9i from Oracle. In August 2015, they received the OBIEE 11g Certified Implementation Specialist certification from Oracle. More recently, in November 2020, they became a Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certified by Google.
