Soumita Bose currently serves as Associate Lead for Culture and People and Associate Lead for People Relations at Quantiphi, with a tenure starting in October 2020. Prior to this role, Soumita held positions including Senior Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Specialist at the same company. From May 2017 to October 2020, Soumita worked in Human Resources at Nano-Mag Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, experiences as an HR Intern were gained at Aegon Life Insurance Company Limited and the National Institute of Securities Markets in 2016, focusing on recruitment and HR generalist responsibilities. Soumita earned a PGDM in Human Resource from the Institute of Technology and Management (2015-2017) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Thakur College of Science and Commerce (2011-2014). Early education includes a completion of HSC in Commerce and SSC at Children's Academy.
