Hsu Yamin S. currently serves as the Manager of Human Resources at CareHarmony, overseeing onboarding, HR operations, and employee relations for over 400 employees across multiple departments. Previously, Hsu held various roles at Trusted Health, including Human Resources Generalist and leadership positions in the AASPIRE council, demonstrating expertise in data audits and compliance with laws such as the California pay data transparency act. Hsu's earlier experience includes coordinating HR functions at ACES and providing behavioral therapy to students. Hsu earned a Certificate in PHR from Syracuse University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Mathematics from Lake Forest College, and completed the International Baccalaureate program at Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong.
