Daniela Rivero currently serves as Vice President of Sales, Employee Experience at Qualtrics, a role focused on enhancing sales careers and promoting Experience Management. Prior to this, Daniela held various positions at SHI International Corp., including District Sales Manager and National Microsoft Sales Manager-Corp, leading a team of Microsoft Renewal Specialists dedicated to customer advocacy. Daniela's experience also includes roles as a Microsoft Specialist, Corporate Account Executive, and Corporate Inside Sales Account Manager, where responsibilities encompassed customer relations, technology solutions, and sales goal attainment. Daniela began a career in retail as a Salesperson at Nordstrom, and holds a B.A. in Government and Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as prior studies at Baylor University in Political Science.
