Douglas Hollinger currently serves as the SVP of Go to Market Strategy at BigCommerce, starting in September 2024. Prior experiences include Principal Director and SVP of DTC Strategy at Accenture from December 2021 to September 2024, and VP of Strategy at BVA prior to its acquisition by The Stable. Hollinger has held various leadership roles, including President of Concierge Commerce and Senior Vice President at LiveArea, where a significant portfolio oversight and client service organization overhaul were achieved. Additionally, Hollinger established a global strategy and consulting practice at PFSweb and expanded the commerce consulting practice at SapientRazorfish. Educational credentials include a PhD from Texas Christian University and advanced degrees from the University of York and California Baptist University in English.
