Ryan Dias is an IT professional with extensive experience in support and engineering roles. Currently serving as an IT Onsite Engineer at Qualcomm since March 2022, Ryan specializes in client-facing interactions and possesses knowledge in Infrastructure Virtualization. Prior to this, Ryan worked as a Deskside Engineer at Atos from October 2020 to March 2022, gaining experience in a busy helpdesk environment by responding to tickets and coordinating user support. Earlier, Ryan held the position of Information Technology Help Desk Technician at FutureRange from September 2018 to October 2020, providing Level 1 and 2 support to users. Ryan holds a Master's degree in Information Systems with Computing from Dublin Business School and a Bachelor's of Science in Information Technology from Our Lady of Grace Trusts St. Gonsalo Garcia College of Arts and Commerce.
