Erik Breuhaus is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and financial strategy within both startup and established organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Quadrant Information Security since April 2024, Erik previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer and VP Finance at Astraea, an innovative SaaS Earth Observation platform, following its acquisition by NUVIEW. Erik co-founded CounterFlow AI, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing fundraising and operational functions, leading to its acquisition by LiveAction. Further experience encompasses roles in business development at Treasure Hunt Holdings, operations strategy at Everactive, and strategic consulting for early-stage medical device commercialization. Erik began a career in finance with The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, progressing through various analytical positions. Erik holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Seton Hall University.
