Sharon Kirby is the SVP, UK & Europe at QRails. Sharon has over 25 years of experience in sales and partnerships, with a focus on the education and technology industries.

Sharon began their career in sales at TES Global Limited, where they quickly rose to the role of Group Sales Director. In this role, they managed a team of 70 skilled education software consultants and was responsible for launching a new partner programme.

In September 2015, they joined The River Group as Group Publisher - Launches. In this role, they were responsible for launching new products and services, and grew the company's launch portfolio by 50%.

In February 2019, they joined Hastee as Director Of Partnerships. In this role, they are responsible for the success of partners who want to integrate into Hastee’s global community. Sharon is also responsible for leading new partner outreach and client acquisition through engagement strategies such as events, facilitating webinars and speaking about financial wellness and earned wage access globally.
