Sunil Kumar is a seasoned project controls professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, currently serving as Manager Project Controls at Abu Dhabi Executive Office since November 2021. With a background that includes roles as Head of Planning at Al Futtaim Group Real Estate and Sr. Project Controls Manager at QPM - Qatar Project Management, Sunil Kumar has successfully overseen complex projects such as the construction of nine office towers and a five-star hotel. Previously, Sunil Kumar worked as a Senior Planner at ABM LLC, focusing on various infrastructure projects, and as a Project Engineer at Walbridge Brown and Root, ensuring design and engineering excellence on-site. Sunil Kumar holds a B.E. in Structural Engineering from Annamalai University.
