Javier Moreno is a seasoned professional in the field of strategy and technical management with extensive experience in transportation infrastructure. Javier has held key positions as Strategy Consultant at Arthur D. Little, Team Leader Consultant at ALG, and Technical Director at EIM European Rail Infrastructure Managers.
