Chloe Hawcroft has an extensive work experience spanning over several organizations. Chloe is currently the CEO and Director at People Measures since May 2023. Additionally, they hold the role of Director, where they specialize in identifying and developing leaders for complex times, leadership and talent development, as well as women in leadership development.
Prior to this, Chloe served as the Co-Founder and CEO of QOIA, where they focused on providing organizations with critical insights through QOIA's proprietary Culture Management system. Chloe connected whole-of-organization data for monitoring culture and building sustainable organizations.
Chloe also worked at APA Group as the General Manager of Organization Effectiveness/Transformation (Exec Interim) from January 2021 to December 2021. Previous to that, they served in various roles at AMP, including Director of Culture & Capability, where they delivered leadership, talent, culture, inclusion & diversity strategies, established foundations for a customer-centric culture, and led operating model strategic redesign.
Chloe has also served as a Board Director at The 100% Project from 2008 to 2014 and held the position of Director of Management Consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they were a leader in the People & Change and Performance Alignment practices.
Earlier in their career, Chloe worked as a Senior Consultant Psychologist at SHL Australia and as the Manager of Organization Development at Sydney Opera House.

Chloe Hawcroft completed their Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Psychology at the University of Sydney from 1990 to 1995. After a brief gap of two years, they pursued a Master's degree in Psychology (Organisational) at the University of NSW from 1997 to 1998.
