Jef De Busser is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience across multiple domains, including food quality analysis, audio technology, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). Currently serving as a Software Architect at Qcify, Inc. since November 2019, Jef focuses on developing real-time, over-belt food quality analysis machines utilizing computer vision and deep learning. As the owner of systemdb since August 2011, Jef has collaborated on projects for notable clients, including Flanders Make and Auro 3D. Prior roles include Senior Software Architect positions at 7 Sensing Software, ASML, and Auro Technologies N.V., where Jef contributed to groundbreaking audio stacks and data frameworks. Jef's foundational experience includes software and systems design for TomTom and Thales, complemented by academic credentials in industrial sciences and embedded systems.
