Matthew Macioci is a skilled Mechanical Engineer currently with ColdSnapâ„¢ since June 2021. Prior experience includes two internships at New Balance focused on manufacturing innovation, where responsibilities involved optimizing robotic shoe production systems and collaborating with engineers to improve efficiency and design. Matthew also gained hands-on experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Teradyne, utilizing SolidWorks for design solutions, and as a team leader in agricultural roles at Open Meadow Farm LLC and Dick's Market Garden and Greenhouses, where task organization and customer engagement were key. Matthew holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, earned between 2013 and 2017, and graduated from Lunenburg High School in 2013.
