Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous ventures include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, a nutritionist role at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and a university instructor at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, where subjects included applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food.
