Polina Nazarova has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Polina started their career as a Lifeguard at the City of Canning in October 2018. In the same year, they also worked as a Pool Attendant at Belgravia Leisure. In 2019, Polina interned as an Evaluation Intern at Save the Children Australia for a brief period. The following year, they became a Summer Intern at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research from November 2020 to February 2021.

In 2021, Polina joined The University of Western Australia and held multiple roles. Polina started as a Student Services & Engagement Administration Assistant from January to August 2021. Next, they worked as an Administrative Assistant from February to May 2022. Lastly, they served as a Development & Alumni Relations Data Entry Assistant from July 2021 to July 2023.

Polina's most recent work experience is as a Research Assistant at PYC Therapeutics since June 2023.

Polina Nazarova has a solid educational background with a degree in Bachelor of Biomedical Science from The University of Western Australia, which they pursued from 2018 to 2020. Their field of study primarily focused on Physiology, Pathology, and Related Sciences. In 2021, they pursued an Honours Degree in Burn Injury Research from the same university.

Polina also holds several additional certifications that enhance their skill set. Polina obtained a certification in Developing Self-Awareness from LinkedIn in March 2020. In November 2019, they gained certification in disABILITY AWAREness from Disability Awareness, and in October 2020, they became a certified Standard Mental Health First Aider through Mental Health First Aid Australia. Additionally, they obtained a Working with Children Check certification from the Working with Children Check institution in December 2019.
