Previously, Arun served as Senior Vice President of Claims Practice at Marsh India from April 2022 to September 2023 and held dual roles as Chairman and CEO at Absolute Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors Pvt Ltd from July 1989 to September 2021, where a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 51% was achieved over 11 years. Arun has trained over 1,000 professionals across various roles in the insurance sector and developed a state-of-the-art in-house ERP tool. Arun holds an engineering degree from YMCA Institute of Engineering and attended Bhavan's College prior.
