Maria Strotou is a seasoned professional in patient experience and service excellence, currently serving as Patient Experience Senior Manager at PureHealth since June 2023. Prior to this role, Maria held the position of Patient Experience Manager at HealthHub Al Futtaim from June 2019 to June 2023, where expertise was applied in service excellence and patient needs. Experience also includes serving as Service Excellence Manager at Bourn Hall Fertility Centre UAE, overseeing multiple operational areas and managing a multidisciplinary team.
