Danielle Nylund is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at PURE Insurance, where responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting and implementing innovative sourcing strategies for various departments. Prior roles at PURE Insurance included Human Resources Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist, where Danielle focused on diverse talent pipelines. Prior to this, Danielle worked as a Program Recruiter for South Carolina Mentor, managing prospective foster parent candidates and conducting recruitment events, and as CASA Recruitment Coordinator for Child Advocacy- Gratiot County, overseeing volunteer recruitment and community outreach.
