Chris Webb has extensive experience in the food operations sector, currently serving as Food Operations Manager and previously as Catering Development Manager at Punch Pubs & Co since April 2008. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Director of Food at Memorable Pubs Limited from September 2006 to March 2008, where responsibilities included menu development, supplier sourcing, gross profit management, and the recruitment and training of new chefs. Chris is an alumnus of Doncaster Catering College, having earned a City & Guilds degree in Catering and Food Service from 1987 to 1989.
