Michael Cima is an accomplished operations and general manager with extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Since January 2018, Michael has been serving as the Operations Manager/General Manager at Bon Appétit Management Company. Prior to this role, Michael held various managerial positions, including Hospitality Manager at Lynmar Estate from May 2014 to December 2017, General Manager at The Village Pub from July 2012 to May 2014, and General Manager at COI Restaurant from November 2011 to July 2012. Additionally, Michael worked as Assistant General Manager at The Village Pub from May 2009 to November 2011 and as Restaurant Manager at both Murray Circle Restaurant and Horizons Restaurant from May 2008 to April 2009 and January 2007 to May 2008, respectively. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foodservice Systems Administration/Management and an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training, both from Johnson & Wales University, where studies were completed between 2002 and 2006.
