Mmii Orji is a seasoned product and communications professional with extensive experience in digital product management and customer feedback optimization. Currently serving as a Product Owner at PULSE, a Discover Company since September 2019, Mmii Orji previously held the role of Product Manager for Web & App at Hilton, where responsibilities included voice of customer (VoC) optimization, performance testing, and strategic product development based on customer data analysis. Additional experience includes a managerial position at The Dallas Morning News, where strategic digital media campaigns were executed, and roles in customer marketing and media relations at various organizations. Mmii Orji holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin.
