Tyler Thornton has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tyler is currently serving as the Senior Director of Engagement and Gamification Strategy at Pulse since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Training and Event Manager at VIZIO starting from November 2019. Tyler also held the position of Sr. National Training Manager at mVentix, Inc. for five years, where they developed projects to enhance the training team and field effectiveness. Tyler served as a Web Development Manager at Quez Media Marketing, where they managed an international team and significantly increased web sales. In addition, they worked as an IT Consultant/Network Administrator at Complete Network Solutions and was responsible for setting up and maintaining exchange servers for small to medium-sized companies.

Tyler Thornton attended Itineris Early College High School from 2008 to 2009, where they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies.
