Madeline Roetter, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at Intersurgical, Inc. USA since November 2023, after previously working as a Human Resources Assistant. Prior to this role, Madeline was a Life Skills Specialist at Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. and a Youth Enrollment Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana. Madeline’s experience also includes serving as an Early Childhood Teaching Assistant at St. Richards Episcopal School, an Intern at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, a Teacher at Children's Learning Adventure, a Program Assistant at Wesley Chapel Mission Center, and a Sales Associate at Kohl's. Madeline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Communication and Organizational Leadership from Butler University, where studies were completed from 2016 to 2020, and a high school diploma from Bishop Fenwick High School.
