Joshua De Stefano is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Consultant for Total Rewards at the City of Toronto since October 2023. With extensive experience in various HR roles at Switch Health, including Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator, Joshua has been instrumental in managing employee relations and overseeing a junior HR team. Prior experience includes research assistance at the Automotive Policy Research Centre and summer positions at Alectra, focusing on customer engagement and analytical tasks. Joshua holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Labour Studies from McMaster University.
