Tracy Lam currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Manager for Puig, having joined in June 2021. In this role, Tracy has been instrumental in establishing the HR framework to support the business plan across Oceania, facilitating the expansion from back office operations to a front-line workforce. Prior to Puig, Tracy worked at Nestlé Nespresso SA from August 2017 to June 2021 as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on aligning the people agenda with business goals and being recognized as an expert in Employee Relations and People Performance. Tracy's earlier experience includes a range of roles at Link Group from June 2011 to August 2017, where responsibilities spanned from HR Consultant to HR Business Partner, emphasizing collaboration with Business Unit Heads to enhance HR strategies. Tracy holds both a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and a Master's Degree in Psychology from Macquarie University.
