Patrick O’Boyle

Director of Business Development for Michigan Saves at Public Sector Consultants

When he was younger, Patrick spent his free time around his family’s bustling real estate office. Every day, his grandmother would say, “Treat everyone, whether they’re looking for a $5,000 or $500,000 home, with the same respect and importance.” In that unique and nurturing environment, Patrick learned to form valuable, long‐lasting relationships with people from all walks of life.

Now, as an adult, Patrick always wants to meet new people with similar values, which brought him back to Michigan and to his work at PSC. Patrick handles recruitment and training of skilled contractors for Michigan Saves, a PSC‐managed nonprofit that finances energy‐efficiency work, and he seeks out those individuals willing to advance Michigan’s energy systems. In this role, he finds himself among a group that cares about equal access to efficient homes as deeply as his grandmother did.

Prior to joining PSC, Patrick thrived for over 15 years in the movie theater industry as marketing director for a midsized chain of theaters and as consulting support for a company specializing in theater software.
