Frederick Marte is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community engagement, youth leadership, and direct support within diverse organizations. Currently serving as a Community Engagement Manager for NYC Smoke-Free at Public Health Solutions, Frederick previously held roles as a Direct Support Professional at YAI, where crisis management and supervision of individuals with IDD were key responsibilities. As an Ambassador at Black Acting Methods Studio, content creation and training facilitation were emphasized. Frederick's background includes digital marketing and youth program coordination at Kingsbridge Heights Community Center, as well as case management roles at the Center for Court Innovation and East Bay Community Action Program. Frederick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Philosophy from Muhlenberg College and is pursuing a Master of Social Work at Touro University.
