Gary Thomson serves as the Head of Player Support Operations for Europe and North America at PTW since April 2015. In this role, Gary oversees daily operations and is accountable for achieving operational performance metrics established by both clients and the company. Additionally, Gary manages and develops client relationships through strategic operational review meetings. Prior to PTW, Gary held various positions at Response from October 2012 to April 2015, including Operations Manager, Technical Support Team Lead, and Team Lead.
