Nara Pangestika Vidyani possesses extensive experience in human capital and education. Currently serving as a Human Capital Corporate Learning professional at PT PP (Persero) Tbk since August 2022, Nara also contributes as a part-time lecturer at the University of Indonesia since August 2020, where responsibilities include teaching courses to a large cohort of students. Prior to this, Nara held positions in HC Strategic Talent Management & Organizational Development at PT Elnusa Tbk and as a Research Administrative at the University of Indonesia, further enhancing educator capabilities and strategic planning for employees. Nara's earlier career includes roles as a News Reporter at Content Creative Indonesia and a Corporate Secretary Intern at MNC Media. With a strong educational background, including a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Indonesia and an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Nara demonstrates a solid foundation in both practical and theoretical aspects of human resources and management.
