Ali Montgomery is an experienced recruiter currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at CORE Safety Group, a position held since November 2021. In this role, Ali oversees the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and managing the résumé database, as well as coordinating interviews. Prior to this, Ali worked at Dallas Baptist University from November 2017 to November 2021 as the Assistant Director of First Year Student Recruitment. Ali holds a Master of Arts in International Studies, specializing in International/Global Studies, obtained in May 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Dallas Baptist University, completed in 2021.
