Svetlana Lukashevich currently serves as the Head of Procurement at YNV Group, starting in March 2023, where responsibilities include establishing procurement functions across the Group and implementing digitalization initiatives. Previously, Svetlana held the position of Director Country Procurement at Prysmian Group, focusing on effective procurement strategies amid import restrictions. With extensive experience, Svetlana also worked for Imperial Tobacco as Regional Operations Procurement Director, managing substantial budgets across multiple countries, and held roles at BUNGE CIS, Diageo, and British American Tobacco, contributing to the development of procurement processes and teams. Svetlana holds a Master's Degree in Foreign Languages & Finance from Moscow Pedagogical State University and a degree in Higher Economic Schools Management from Moscow.
