Pete Soupir serves as the VP & Segment Lead for MedTech at Molex since January 2011, leading the commercialization team to enhance customer-centric models and accelerate impactful therapies. Previous roles at Molex include VP of Sales for the Americas, where responsibilities included profit growth through innovation and market management, and various sales and marketing leadership positions focusing on new product development and customer relationships. With extensive experience in account management and sales, particularly with key OEMā€™s and the Apple account, Pete has effectively driven market share growth across diverse sectors. Prior experience includes a Quality Assurance Manager role at Great Plains Plastic Molding and an educational background in Industrial Technology from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
