Edward Williams has a diverse work experience. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Creative Designer at 5or6. From 2008 to 2012, they co-founded and served as a Director at The Arrogance. In 2012, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Candy Kittens, a gourmet sweet company. Recently, starting in 2021, they became an Investor at Tuckshop London, an investment company that supports purpose-led brands.

Edward Williams attended The Bishop of LLandaff from 2000 to 2007 but did not complete a degree. Later, from 2007 to 2011, they studied at Loughborough University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Design and Technology.
