Mike Wilner has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role as the Founder/CEO at Upside since February 2023. Prior to that, they were a Co-founder and Venture Partner at Prufrock Ventures starting in June 2022. Before that, they worked as an ODF Fundraising Coach at On Deck from April 2021. Mike also held various roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from December 2018 to June 2022, including North America Startup BD Head of Strategy, Ops, and Programs. Mike was a Co-Author at Oversubscribed from September 2018 to December 2019 and an Entrepreneur In Residence at Chaac Ventures from April 2018 to December 2018. Mike co-founded and served as CEO at both Sail from April 2017 to February 2018 and Compass from February 2015 to February 2018. Additionally, they were a 2013 Fellow & Alumni Board Representative at Venture For America from May 2013 to May 2016, and a Product Manager at BoostUp from August 2013 to December 2014.
