Susan Gillman has extensive experience in process management, having held multiple leadership roles at Prudential since July 1999, including Vice President of Process Management, Process Director, and Director of Process Management. Prior to Prudential, Susan served as Director of HRIS at Showtime from 1995 to 1997. Susan's academic background includes studies at the City University of New York-College of Staten Island from 1995 to 2000.
