In this role, John leads various operational functions and oversees critical initiatives like cost optimization and claims management. Previously, John held the position of Vice President of Planning & Analysis, demonstrating extensive financial leadership and management skills, including responsibility for corporate expense reporting and forecasting for $2 billion in annual expenses. John holds an MBA in Controllership from St. John's University and a BS in Finance from Seton Hall University.
