Tillie Wakefield, SPHR, SHRM-CP has a substantial work experience in the field of human resources. Tillie is currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at PRR since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Evergreen Market from July 2020 to March 2022. Before that, Tillie worked as an HR Manager at Heatcon Composite Systems from February 2018 to July 2020. Tillie also gained experience as a Human Resources Manager at Metropolitan Market from June 2015 to October 2016. In their earlier years, they worked at Vacation Internationale first as an HR Generalist/Administrator from March 2009 to August 2012, and then as a Human Resources Manager from August 2012 to June 2015. Tillie has also worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Speakeasy in 2008 and as an HR Coordinator at Magnolia Audio Video from August 2006 to August 2008. Tillie began their career as an HR/Payroll Assistant at Aqua Star in May 2005 and later transitioned into the role of HR/Payroll at the same company.

Tillie Wakefield, SPHR, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Western Washington University. Tillie obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in January 2011. In December 2015, they received their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Their most recent certification is the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) which they obtained from HRCI in January 2017.
