Rini Solingen, van, is a Full Professor at Delft University of Technology since July 2007, with a focus on Software/AI startups and globally distributed software engineering, emphasizing the acceleration of startup initiation and development within university settings. Serving as CTO at Prowareness since April 2010, Rini leads agile transformation initiatives for Dutch companies and public organizations while also publishing and delivering lectures. Rini is a Board Member at Momo Medical, contributing to the development of a mobile app that aids nurses in elderly care. As the Founder of Stichting Logeerplezier, Rini facilitates holiday housing for disabled children and their families. Rini's previous roles include CTO at Mavim, Process Architect at CFI, and a managerial position at Fraunhofer IESE. Rini holds a doctorate in technology management from Eindhoven University of Technology and multiple degrees in technical informatics from Delft University of Technology.
