Deborah L. Hill has over three decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the SVP, Chief HR and Administrative Officer at Provident Savings Bank since March 1997. Prior to this role, Deborah held the position of VP HR Director at the same institution. Deborah’s career began at SMA Equipment as the Human Resources Manager from 1990 to 1993, followed by a role as Human Resources Director at SafeGuard Health Plans from 1993 to 1997.
