Salem Al Afeefi, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as VP of Group HR Business Management at First Abu Dhabi Bank since January 2019, following a progressive career within the bank that includes roles such as Lead of Group HR Transformation and Business Partner for Group Digital and Customer Experience. Prior experience includes positions at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi in International Mobility, NPCC as an HR Associate in Employee Relations, and various roles in customer service and support across companies such as dnata and the British Hotel Reservation Centre. Salem Al Afeefi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from the University of Greenwich and an Associate’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from West London College.
