Herman Williams serves as the Director of Engineering and Operations at Protecto Wrap Company since November 2021. Prior to this role, Herman held the position of Chief Engineer Unlimited Horsepower and Unlimited Tonnage Oceans at Jackson Marine from September 2018 to October 2021, as well as Chief Engineer at Otto Candies, LLC from June 2012 to September 2018, and Chief Engineer Limited Oceans, 1st Assistant Engineer Unlimited at Odyssea Marine from April 2011 to June 2012. Educational background includes studies at Delgado Community College, Houston Maritime, and Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
