Kenya Stewart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as Sr Operations CX Specialist at Protective Asset Protection since April 2022. With a tenure at Protective Life since November 2017, Kenya has held roles including Onboarding Client Specialist, Operations Specialist, and Customer Service Specialist II. Additionally, Kenya contributed as Vice President at Birmingham Black Repertory Inc from February 2019 to February 2020, where responsibilities included organizing plays, hiring staff, writing contracts, managing actors and crew, and serving as the primary point of contact.
