Margaret Bridges, PHR, PMP, has over 16 years of experience in health management and human resources, currently serving as the Health Management Operations Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama since October 2007. Throughout their tenure at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Margaret has held several positions, including Manager of Network Support and Manager of Recruitment and Staffing, demonstrating a strong background in recruitment and operational support. Prior to this role, Margaret served as the Director of Human Resources at PCH Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities included overseeing human resources for the Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa, as well as the Human Resources Manager for The Legends at Capitol Hill. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Auburn University, attained in 2001.
