Kristin Bolstad Sletten is an experienced payroll professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Head of Payroll at Protan AS since December 2022, Kristin previously held various leadership positions at TMF Group from April 2016 to November 2022, including Senior Payroll Manager HRP and Acting Head of HRP for the Nordics. Prior to that, Kristin worked at ABB from August 2006 to March 2016, managing payroll and travel teams, and was responsible for comprehensive payroll functions for both office and offshore employees. Additional experience includes serving as Payroll Manager at DHL from November 1997 to August 2006 and holding roles in finance and payroll at NetCenter AS from August 1992 to November 1997. Expertise includes strategic management of HR Payroll operations and a strong foundation in payroll systems including SAP HR and Persona (Bluegarden).
