Reissa Amaris Sugianto is a research analyst at Prospera, with previous experience as a research assistant at Yale-NUS College, where support was provided to a labour market project involving data collection and analysis. Prior roles include a research intern at Prospera, conducting quantitative analysis for policy advising, and a business development position at Shopee, focusing on export seller performance and technical issue resolution. Reissa holds a degree in Economics from Universitas Gadjah Mada, obtained in August 2022.
