Debbie Pavia is an experienced research and evaluation professional currently serving as a Research Manager and previously held the roles of Evaluation Manager and Evaluation & Research Executive at Skills Development Scotland since May 2013. Prior to this, Debbie worked at EKOS Ltd from August 2004 to May 2013, where positions included Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Research Consultant. Debbie holds a Master of Arts in Local Economic Development from the University of Glasgow (2008-2009) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from the University of Strathclyde (2000-2004).
