Noel Wright is an experienced manager with a robust professional background in various sectors. Currently serving as a Manager at ProPharma since September 1995, Noel successfully increased market share from 20% to 50% within six years, while also expanding into the Hawkes Bay region. Previously, as Distribution Manager at Alfa Laval Agri New Zealand Limited, Noel established a Central Distribution Centre that improved service levels after a period of inadequate management. At Shoof International Limited, Noel implemented procedures to reduce stock shrinkage as Stores Manager. Between June 1975 and July 1993, Noel managed the first branch of Community Pharmacy Limited outside Hamilton, significantly growing its presence in the lower North Island pharmaceutical supply market. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at Kempthorne Prosser & Co Limited, focusing on surgical and dental departments and managing chemical imports. Noel's education includes attendance at Freyberg High School from 1962 to 1965.
