Ernest Sy is currently the General Manager and Chief Sales Officer at PROPER, overseeing operations and key client relationships since August 2023. Previously, Ernest served as Chief Digital Officer, leading digital strategy and transformation, and held senior marketing roles at companies including i-cube Digital Solutions and EZY Lifestyle, focusing on marketing strategy and consumer insights. As Marketing Head at Bhagi’s International Trading Corporation, Ernest innovated marketing strategies for several brands. Other notable positions include Senior Marketing Manager at GO SPORT PHILIPPINES and Head of Business Development at The Millennium, where responsibilities encompassed business development, marketing, and sales strategies. Ernest also held management roles in retail operations for brands such as Paul Smith and Antony Morato. Ernest holds a degree in AB Humanities from the University of Asia and the Pacific and is pursuing an MBA in Marketing Direction.
