Victoria Krauchunas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in startup operations, mentorship, and customer success. Currently serving as COO and Co-Founder of PropelAuth, Victoria brings a diverse skill set to the role, which includes various responsibilities. As a Builder In Residence at Builders + Backers, Victoria mentors multiple cohorts through the Idea Accelerator. Victoria also owns The Scrappy Operator, focusing on founder coaching and startup consulting. Previously, Victoria was Admissions Manager at Y Combinator, where responsibilities included reviewing applications and enhancing the admissions process. Experience also includes roles such as Chief of Staff at Dark, Volunteer & Foster Care Manager and Programs Assistant at Muttville Senior Dog Rescue, and leadership positions in customer support and operations at Final, Inc. and Workboard Inc. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Game Design with a minor in Mass Media Communication from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
